Photo Simulation
Photo simulations, or photo sims, are 3D models that are inserted into a photograph of the project site. Project site photos can be taken at ground level or from a drone. Often photo sims are shown as a "before and after" slider on a project website, as shown below. Photo sims are a cost-effective approach that are useful in communicating proposed improvements for any project document, presentation, or web site.
